To cancel or revoke your policy, you can go on your policy dashboard and click on the “cancel” button. Then you will be able to follow the cancellation process.
Click on the “Modify” button just on the right in the dashboard or directly on the “Modify my contract” button at the top of the dashboard
Choose “I want to modify my personal details” if you want to change your personal information or choose “I want to modify my contract” if you want to change your policy information

To make a request, click on the button “Make a Request” in the policy dashboard. You will then be able to follow the process to make your request
To change the language of the portal, you can click on the world logo followed by two letters on the top of the page and choose another language.
To login the portal, you can click on the “login” button at the top on the right of the page or click on “Manage my contract”. Then, you will be able to follow the login process.
To view your personal information, you can go on your policy dashboard, in the first section “Personal information” by clicking on “My travel policies”
To change your policy and personal details :

Choose “I want to modify my personal details” if you want to change your personal information or choose “I want to modify my contract” if you want to change your policy information

To view and download your documents, you can go at the bottom of your policy dashboard in the section policy documents. There, you have to click on the download logo just on the right of the section, next to the date.
You can see your policy status at the top of your policy dashboard, between the type of contract (Annual term or Short term) and the price per month. It indicates:
Active policy (means your policy is effective)
Cancelled policy (means your policy has been cancelled)
Expired policy (means your policy is no longer within the insurance period)
You can see the co-insured person’s information in your policy dashboard, in the section “Personal and contact information”, below “Beneficiary” part : “Co-insured person”
Your policy dashboard is divided in three parts :
General information where you can see the policy status and policy information
“My policy” where you can modify or cancel your policy, see your personal and contact information (beneficiary and co-insured person) and see the policy details (trip details and covers)
